BIOGRAPHY
ADNAN MOHSIN ABDULAZEEZ Received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1993 from University of Technology / Baghdad, M.Sc. degree in Computer and Control Engineering in 1998 from University of Technology / Baghdad, and Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering in 2007 from University of Mosul. He was the President of Duhok Polytechnic University from 2013 to 2021, and a Professor of Computer Engineering and Science since 2013. He held the position of Dean of Duhok Technical Institute for several years before 2013. Before that, he was assigned as the head of several scientific departments and committees in various public and private universities in Kurdistan Region and Iraq. He is keen to carry out his administrative and academic affairs simultaneously, therefore he supervised and still supervising a large number of M.Sc. and Ph.D. students. In addition, he focuses his attention on publishing scientific researches in valuable international scientific journals, so he has published a large number of researches in these journals. His research interests including intelligence systems, soft computing, multimedia, network security and coding, and FPGA implementation. He has created and led various research groups, as well he is a reviewer of many top accredited international journals.
